Returns & Refunds
We strive to provide excellent customer service. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than willing to assist. Our products can be returned within 10 days of initial purchase.
Return & Refund Eligibility:
- Product must have been purchased within 10 days of the requested return.
- Product must be in the original packaging.
- Product can not be used or damaged.
- Cannot be a sale or seasonal collection product.
- Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days for processing.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.
- When your return is approved, you will be provided with a return label. Once the products have been delivered to us, your refund will be processed.
If any of our products is delivered damaged in any form, please notify us within 48 hours. Also, please provide photographs of the damages in order to expediate your claim.
